Inside a Jetboil

The three main parts of jetboil are:

• cooking cup (with lid and base)
• burner assembly
• fuel canister

The burner and fuel can slide into the cup for stowage. The cup is enveloped in a neoprene "cozy" which helps to keep the contents warm while keeping your hands cool.

Here's a view with the cup's base removed, exposing the flux ring. You might also spot a piezo ignitor and valve on the burner assembly...nice, no matches required.
